8月30日，双沙旧村改造公众号发布四社清零了。

8月21日，双沙旧村改造公众号发布旧改拆除率超51%，引用几张公众号发布的图片。
街前古建旧筑旁边的房屋需要谨慎清拆，巷尾大片已经完成清拆。
8月18日，双沙旧村改造公众号发布旧改签约率超95%。
8月份航拍多次，继续记录沙浦村的城中村改造过程。

从牌坊进入沙浦大街，到处是清拆的工地。
沙浦埠头对出区域未见任何改造的迹象
天气炎热，沙浦龙船博物馆保持着浇水，尽管水压很低，绿化还需保持好。
回迁房迟迟未有动工的迹象
卫生站旁边的地块开辟为村民停车场
