上周来深涌影下训练，没有太阳，只影了视频，所以这次再来补些照片。

水花四溅的瞬间，扒仔们哎声划破水面，鼓声震耳欲聋！
忠叔是这里的总教头，指挥着这热血沸腾的训练现场。
每一次挥桨都是力量的爆发，每一声呐喊都是对胜利的渴望！
原来龙舟训练这么震撼！三溪三条龙船轮番转动，天河深涌河面，龙舟如离弦之箭飞驰，队员们默契配合超带感！
碳纤夭劈开碧浪，肌肉线条在阳光下闪耀，这才是现实版的“乘风破浪”！
三溪的训练在深涌主水道拐入沙井的转角位附近，背景就是鱼珠CBD。太阳很给力，逗留了半个钟，视频和照片都足够素材了。
三溪的训练时间约为17：30开始，持续到19点左右。
珠村和黄村的训练也在深涌，不过光线不足，不容易拍摄。
