不是只有端午才热闹，日常的每一次训练，都是对传统的守护，对力量的较真，今日又来大沙河五人龙训练赛。

2周前才来个一次这里扒五人龙赛，隔离2周，对手换了不少，但依然强劲。
阳光洒在水面上，波光映着他们专注的侧脸，那股不服输的劲儿，比岸边的凤凰木还耀眼！
两岸的芦苇荡随风晃，水杉笔直地立在岸边，偶尔有白鹭从龙舟上方掠过，生态与活力撞了个满怀。
路过的街坊都忍不住停下脚步，有的举着手机拍，有的跟着鼓点喊加油，连小朋友都趴在栏杆上，眼睛亮晶晶地盯着龙舟，嘴里还小声模仿着号子声。
最后一圈才有太阳，冲龙门的一刻才拿相机出来，这次照片很少。恭喜黄埔涌烧酒队喜获冠军，均仔进步神速，持续不懈的训练下从一个新手晋升到冠军行列。
