龙舟训练完，趁还有太阳，那就摩旅一次黄埔涌吧。黄埔涌东段，把羊城的温柔与浪漫骑进风里。

沿岸都是广东万里碧道的一部分，绿化很好，非常适合骑行。
全长数公里的滨水路线，一头连着琶洲的现代天际线，一头牵着黄埔古港的千年文脉。
没有闹市的喧嚣，只有清风、绿水、树荫与一路的治愈风光，是广州骑行党私藏的“城市慢生活跑道” 。
沿着平整的绿道缓缓骑行，树荫浓密，大半路程都能避开烈日，只剩微风穿叶的沙沙声，混着河水流动的轻响，成了骑行最动听的BGM。
脚下的绿道沿着黄埔涌蜿蜒，这条7.8公里的古航道，两端连通珠江前后航道，曾是海上丝绸之路的重要脉络，如今褪去千帆过尽的繁忙，只剩碧水潺潺，映着天光云影，温柔得不像话 。
清澈的涌水，水面泛着细碎的银光，偶尔有水鸟掠过，划破水面的平静，留下一圈圈涟漪 。
多个龙舟队基地扎根于此，4月份的训练已经热火朝天，并且全年无休持续到冬天。
继续往前，琶洲段的视野骤然开阔，现代高楼与岭南水岸完美交融，琶洲会展中心、互联网CBD的玻璃幕墙在阳光下闪着光，与涌边的绿树、古色古香的堤岸相映，一眼看尽广州的“古典与摩登” 。
折返一路向东，风里渐渐多了几分烟火气。绿道旁偶尔有遛狗的街坊、慢跑的路人、带着孩子散步的家庭，彼此擦肩而过，笑着点头，节奏慢得恰到好处。
累了就靠边停下，靠在栏杆上吹吹风，看河水静静流淌，看云卷云舒，所有的疲惫都被这温柔的水岸风光抚平。
终点直达黄埔古港，千年古村的青石板路、老建筑的青砖黛瓦、巷子里飘出的姜撞奶香气，瞬间把人拉回旧时光，一杯甜品下肚，满是老广的温情 。
这条路线，没有爬坡的费力，没有车流的纷扰，只有一路绿荫、一河碧水、满眼风光。
它藏在海珠的闹市之间，却自成一方静谧天地，既能感受广州千年商都的历史底蕴，也能触摸现代都市的活力脉搏 。
骑行不是赶路，是感受风的温度，水的温柔，城市的烟火。
