黄埔融悦会控股龙舟队，征战广州龙舟超级联赛黄埔涌站。

鼓点擂响黄埔涌，浪花翻涌，属于广州龙超的竞速时刻正式上演。这轮来到第四站，依然是特别熟悉的琶洲，依然是输得惨烈。

今天镜头对准来自黄埔本土的劲旅——黄埔融悦会控股龙舟队，踏上广州龙舟超级联赛的赛场，和大湾区各路龙舟好手同台较量。

这支队伍扎根黄埔十五乡，队员都是本土单鸡爱好者，把企业力量和水乡龙舟情怀紧紧结合在一起。

不同于只在端午短暂集结的队伍，大家坚持常态化训练，日复一日在河道打磨动作，校准桨频，磨合团队默契。每一次下水，都是无数个夜晚的挥桨练习；每一回整齐划一的划水，都是全队千百次配合换来的成果。

广州龙超采用分站积分赛制，每一站的成绩都会计入赛季总积分，争夺总决赛的晋级名额，所以每一轮比拼都至关重要。

赛道之上，航道狭窄，竞争白热化，起航爆发力、途中划的耐力、最后冲刺的决心，缺一不可。上次输得惨烈之后，队伍开启力量训练的恶补。

发令枪响，龙舟如离弦之箭破水而出，鼓手稳住节奏，一声声鼓点牵动全队呼吸；划手们俯身、下桨、提拉，动作整齐如一，桡片劈开河水，飞溅起层层白浪。

以为可以一舟二十余人，同听一鼓，同用一力。不过很不幸，拖沓的赛程，集训人员不足，左右手比例失衡，没有替补人员，经验不足等原因，今轮成为建队最差战绩。

场上拼的不只是体能，更是信任。有人全力挥桨向前冲锋，场外还有后勤团队默默支撑，赛前训练、拜神、准备装备，赛时守在岸边，做好补给与接应，全队上下拧成一股绳。只要团队的基础还在，其他都是小问题，可以慢慢克服。

新鼓手和新梢公的岗位变化成为一个不稳定因素，随着比赛的次数增加，累积经验，就能脱胎换骨。

当前最大问题系人员习训不足，严重打乱训练计划，一个多月训练下来够人扒全程的次数只有5次，连往次训练两日的量都不够。

痛定思痛，改变一下训练风貌，为最后一站黄埔长洲赛发力冲刺。

桨声不息，逐浪前行。期待这支黄埔本土队伍，稳住节奏，拿下积分，向着年度总决赛继续冲刺，在黄埔涌续写属于我们的龙舟故事。
