3年疫情限制，基本没有系统训练，这次师兄弟都翻来了，风姿不减当年。

广州交通大学的龙舟队也恢复了训练

最远的长洲队友也汇合到这里训练

扒翻2圈，逐渐找回失落三年失去的节拍。

同时西滘河训练基地建设正在紧张进行，扶胥号起龙船也即将进行。

几年没怎么扒，杉木船依然坚挺。
