很少机会出外参赛，这次难得南庄的兄弟给到名额，广州黄埔队的00后拼尽全力，体验到大浪滔天的五人龙赛真实感受；下集继续分享运动员的特写镜头和颁奖典礼，报答主办方的给予的参赛机会。
