鼓声落幕，酬神谢龙，沙浦龙船端午龙船月完满结束。

从四月龙船坞起龙、埠头采青，到五月初一出访、初四沙浦招景、初六儿童日游涌、奔赴各大龙舟邀请赛趁景竞技，整整一个多月，沙浦坤甸木老龙日日穿行黄埔番禺天河各条河涌，锣鼓声贯穿整个端午龙船季。
待到各村龙船景相继收官，诸事顺遂平安，沙浦族人择吉日摆开盛大龙船酬神宴，以香火礼敬洪圣大王，以九大簋佳肴答谢神明全年庇佑。
齐聚全村龙船工作者、各地来访老表，一席家宴收束整年龙舟盛事，把水乡藏在饭菜里的诚意、感恩与乡情尽数铺开。
酬神宴的仪式，从开席前的祠堂祭拜正式开启。宗祠香案整齐铺排，硕大烧猪、鲜果、龙船饼、酒水依次供奉，龙头龙尾安放于神案两侧，红绸鲜亮、旌旗整齐陈列。
村中长辈牵头上香叩拜，宣读祝文，感念龙神护佑：今年出船趁景水路平安，扒仔下水无灾无难，村内老少顺遂安康，各村互访礼尚往来、邻里和睦兴旺。
祭拜礼毕，沿街大棚早已搭起，数十围圆桌整齐排布，红桌布铺满全场，灯笼、龙船旗帜环绕宴席，烟火气与民俗氛围感扑面而来。
以前筹备宴席全靠村民同心协力，乡贤出钱出力，街坊分工洗菜、掌勺、摆盘，老一辈掌勺烹制地道广府九大簋，当年阿爷就是沙浦村首席大厨。现在聘请顺德专业筵席提供商，味道更加有保证。
整块金红烧猪上桌，寓意全体桡手红皮赤壮、身强体健；招牌龙船丁汇聚腊味、头菜、花生、虾米，祈愿村落添丁发财、人丁兴旺；白切鸡象征大吉大利，香芋扣肉代表宗族同心、不分你我；河鲜、节瓜、靓汤轮番上桌，祛湿温补，犒劳整个汛期日夜落涌训练的扒仔们。
席间宾客分坐几大席面，不分辈分、不分远近，满堂皆是有缘人。
有每日傍晚奔赴河涌夜训的沙浦扒仔，从少年后生到满头白发的金牌梢公，这一整月挥桨流汗、风雨无阻，今日终于卸下疲惫安心赴宴。
有村中叔伯长辈和村里干部，全程统筹起龙、趁景、拜访兄弟村大小事务，默默撑起沙浦龙船。
还有双岗、庙头、文冲、冼村、程界等常年往来的龙船老表，端午期间互通龙船柬、结伴游涌趁景，今日受邀共赴酬神宴，把酒言欢细数往来趣事。
没有赛场竞速的紧张，只剩席间闲谈的松弛温情。大家举杯相碰，白酒清甜入喉，聊聊今年出船途中的趣事。
五月初六儿童日带细路仔游涌；初五扒几公里到程界；征战广州国际龙舟邀请赛同台竞技的经历；长辈叮嘱后生扒船切记安全，敬畏河水、稳守本心；年轻扒仔交流划桨技巧，约定来年继续结伴训练、一同出征各大赛事；祠堂内外人声鼎沸，热闹程度不输过年大团圆。
一年龙船事，风雨同舟；一席酬神宴，万事圆满。大家心中清楚，一条龙船能年年威风出涌，靠的从来不是少数人的力量，而是全村上下一条心，不计得失、同心传承。
潮水有涨落，龙船有收航，热闹的趁景、激烈的竞渡终会落幕，但沙浦人敬神重礼、团结友善、代代传承的龙船精神，会在每一年的酬神宴上不断延续。
一炉烟火酬龙神，一席家宴聚乡情。沙浦龙船一整个汛期的奔波、热血与温柔，都汇聚在这场隆重的酬神盛宴里。
鼓声暂歇，宴席留香，敬天地河神，敬同舟兄弟，敬世代传承的水乡文脉，静待来年四月，再起龙、再擂鼓，再赴一场盛大的端午龙船之约。
